Gail Guirreri has been a fine and graphic artist since 1990. Trained as a fine artist at Virginia Tech, Gail paints oil on canvas and shows her work regularly in galleries, juried art shows, museums and commercial spaces. As a breeder of Holsteiner sport horses since 1986, print materials became important requirement during her years at Va Tech. Computer labs in the architecture building Cowgill Hall were open overnight for students where Gail spent many nights. Photoshop 1.0 had just been released. Gail has continued to design in Photoshop as well as Illustrator. Photoshop has been her primary tool developing hundreds of magazine ads, photo editing and Illustrator for vector logos. These years of experience provided much needed patience and attention to detail that would be required for programming the CMS (content management system) that runs this web site.

PHP, Mysqli, Jquery, Jquery mobile, javascript, JSON, cURL, HTML5 and CSS3 are used in Spotlight Web Services web site development. Wordpress was too heavy to perform such jobs.
